The drinks are about 5x the price of anywhere else nearby and the slots are stupendously tight. They switch rules depending on headphones, hats and glasses depending upon whom is working. My conclusion is that they are either entirely inept at thier business or that they are in collusion with thier high rollers to steal from customers. I tried to give them several avenues to address my concerns, including emails and a written letter. The group I was playing with even agreed with my concerns. Further, they said the poker room was "different" and not under the casinos control. They refused to provide me a proper channel to escalate my concerns. I went to complain to the casino management. I called them out and the poker pit Boss aka manager was rude, ingnorant and rediculously inept. Both times it was in the middle of an all in scenario. After the first interruption I made it clear that this behavior was not acceptable. Not once but twice the staff interrupted me mid "read" making it hard, if not impossible to determine my next play. I bought in 500usd and got prepared to play. A game of skill between a long 26 hour layover.
